- Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 8 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Any product that is returned after 8 days or does not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
- Return Process

- Once the return request is approved, you will be required to ship the product back to our designated return address.
- The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
- Refund Policy
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Only the product cost and applicable GST will be refunded.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered post-delivery.
- Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the issue.
- A video recording of the package being opened is required to verify the authenticity of the claim.
- We will assess the case and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
